We advise you to clean and dry your skin well before applying the pads.
For optimal effectiveness of the device, make sure that your pads are always sticky, clean and functioning properly.
When you no longer use the device, you can leave the pads on your skin and simply turn off the device and unplug the electrostimulation cable.
